Emma Levez Larocque is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition), a Certified Plant-Based Chef (School of Natural Cookery) and a Food For Life Instructor with the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine. Emma has been working as a private nutrition consultant and teacher of community nutrition and cooking classes/workshops since 2014 through her business Plant-Based R.H.N. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge about the science behind the power of whole plant foods to help humans live their healthiest lives while reducing their impact on the planet and moving toward a more compassionate existence, too.
